What are you plugging into the USB port? Try a USB flash drive with just basic mp3 audio files. Also, the USB has to be formatted in FAT32.

Do you get sound from other sources, like FM Radio? If so, it may be something with the phone or the application. Select BT Audio on the radio. Start the Spotify app on your phone, and then raise the volume of the phone all the way up.

The AVH-X5800BHS does not have the ability to reverse the front camera input. You would need to use a camera that does not reverse the image.

The error would indicate the Bluetooth module inside the unit has failed. You would need to send the unit in for service.

This generation of units do not have the solid blue wire. Not many headunits offer this connection.

@@pioneerelectronics Thanks for responding. I have the AVH 120BT with 16 prong connector and it has a solid blue wire. It is a baby blue color.

@@sleepwalker29 The AVH-120BT does not have a solid blue wire. It only has the blue/white wire. If your harness has a solid blue wire, I suspect that is not the correct harness.

@@pioneerelectronics Number 10 wire is blue and number 11 is blue white stripe. 9 is black. Same 16 pin harness for AVH 110BT and 120BT. Harness came with the radio.

This means the content is not supported by the radio. Make sure the USB has been formatted to FAT32 and try basic mp3 audio files.

The parking/emergency is what you engage when you park your car.

Sounds like you missed the first step to entering the Initial Setting menu. Press and hold the SRC button, to source the radio off. Now you should be able to get in to adjust the clock. If needed, contact our Product Support at 1-800-421-1404, select option # 1.

If you are on the AUX source, you cannot adjust the tracks. It is just an audio input, no controls.

It is a safety feature for all video headunits. You cannot view video or have access to features that will take your attention off the road.
